THE PARADIGM ENERGY SHIFT HAS ARRIVED !
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY AND POWER PRODUCTION - CARBON CAPTURE - ZERO EMISSIONS APPLIED TECHNOLOLGY PLATFORMS FOR COAL, NATURAL GAS AND OTHER FUELS.
Carbon capture technologies are methods of capturing carbon dioxide (CO2) from various sources, such as power plants, industrial facilities, or the atmosphere, and either storing it underground or using it for other purposes, such as making fuels, chemicals, or building materials. These technologies can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions
and mitigate climate change.
There are three main approaches to carbon capture: post-combustion capture, pre-combustion capture, and oxy-combustion capture3. Each of these approaches has different advantages and challenges, such as cost, efficiency, scalability, and environmental impact3. There are also various technologies for carbon utilization and storage, such as enhanced oil recovery, mineralization, biochar, and direct air capture.
A complimentary suite of carbon capture technologies
would be a combination of different methods that can work together to achieve the best results for different applications and situations. For example, a complimentary suite could include post-combustion capture for existing coal-fired power plants, pre-combustion capture for new natural gas power plants, oxy-combustion capture for cement production, direct air capture for negative emissions, and carbon utilization for making fuels and materials.
